Best Postcodes for Broadband in London
Ordered by the share of premises that can order a gigabit-capable connection.
What this ranks on: the share of premises in each sector that can order a gigabit-capable connection. That is availability, not the speed delivered to any particular address. It is not a judgement about where is a good place to live, and AreaIQ Places does not score areas. Broadband and mobile checker (Ofcom) →

Questions
Which postcodes have the best broadband in London?
Coverage comes from Ofcom Connected Nations. This page orders postcode sectors in London by the share of premises that can order a gigabit-capable connection. It measures availability, not the speed actually delivered to any address, and it says nothing about price. Check a specific address on the Ofcom checker before committing to a property.
Is gigabit broadband available in London?
Coverage is expanding rapidly across the UK. Some rural areas of London may still rely on ADSL or FTTC (superfast). The rankings below show where gigabit is most widely available. Always check your specific address with a broadband provider before committing to a property.
